Introduction

This journal reflects my personal journey with listening, beginning as a student in the classroom and continuing as a trainee teacher observing and participating in real teaching situations. Through these experiences, I came to realize that listening is not only a language skill but a meaningful process that influences learners’ confidence, understanding, and motivation.
